I want to tell you that the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself. You have a higher self. You have a lower self. Your higher self operates on high vibrations. Your lower self operates on low vibrations. Your higher self works with positive forces. Your lower self works with negative forces. I want to let you know It's not about eliminating one just to magnify the other, but to become aware of your paradigm and create principles in your life that will allow you to operate at your maximum potential. My goal is to get you aligned with your higher self, and also develop the patience and grace to nurture your lower self. You are guaranteed responsibility for your mind, body, and soul while you are here on this earth. This means that you hold the keys to all of the answers in your own palms. Take a deep breath in and out and prepare for this major shift. You will have the ability to take notes on what you have learned. I am Kamesha Sade, The Mind, Body, and Soul Coach.
